If for any reason your item is unsuitable, we will happily offer an exchange. All exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Any returned items must still have labels and hygiene stickers in tact, showing no signs of wear. ​

We Recommend hand wash only and avoiding getting the feathers wet. If they do however get wet the best advise to dry them would be with a hairdryer gently.
