RETURNS POLICY


Please be aware that made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once placed , as these pieces are created specifically for you.

If for any reason your item(s) is unsuitable we will happily offer an exchange or store credit note. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returned items must still have labels and hygiene stickers in tact, or original packaging showing no signs of wear.

There will be a returns form in your parcel with all returns instructions to follow.

For any reason the returns form is misplaced please contact via email info@haloure.com

Please note we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items. This also includes discount coded items.


If you are returning an item to us, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

All return costs must be covered by the customer.

Returns take up to 48 hours to process once received back and the stock is subject to availability.
