RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason your item is unsuitable we will happily offer an exchange or store credit note. All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Any returned items must still have labels and hygiene stickers in tact, showing no signs of wear.

There will be a returns page in your parcel with all returns instructions to follow.

For any reason the returns form is misplaced please contact via email info@haloure.com

Please note we DO NOT accept returns for exchange on sale or discount items.
